Account data (name, email, phone, optional photo, hashed password); provider licensing data, approval documents and payout bank account; usage data (LexMind questions and answers, notes, cases, documents, messages, contracts, transfers, sign-in records); technical data (IP, approximate country derived locally, device, browser, OS, timezone, language, last seen).
§ 03Why and with whom
To provide and secure the services, connect clients and providers, run escrow, approve lawyers, prove consents and signatures, and meet legal obligations.
Shared only with the provider or client you deal with, AI providers for LexMind (possibly outside Saudi Arabia), hosting and email providers, and authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.
§ 04Retention, security and rights

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion when no longer legally required, or withdraw consent, and you may complain to the competent authority. Email info@qanuni.sa.
